He is a broad-shouldered, weathered human man in his late 60s, with sun-bleached hair and a scruffy beard. He wears an eyepatch over his right eye and favors flamboyant clothing, as befits his former pirate lifestyle.

Once a formidable pirate captain, is now an unofficial but highly respected protector of the lower region of Dragon's Reach. Although he does not hold any formal title within the town's guardsmen ranks, Garrick and his loyal crew, known as the Storm Sentinels, have taken it upon themselves to patrol the coastal areas and ensure the safety of the community.
